Is there an age limit/restriction for events?
There is no age restriction or limits for The Mum Society events. We want to create a supportive and welcoming space for mums of all ages to connect, unwind and have some ‘me’ time. That being said, if you are under the age of 18 we do require consent from a legal guardian prior to attending.
Where will events be held?
Most events will be held in Brisbane. We would love to expand to the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast- stay tuned!
CAN I COME IF IM NOT A MUM?
Yes absolutely. While our events are designed to support and empower mums, we welcome everyone to our events especially if you would like to bring a friend for moral support! Our events are about building connections - we would love for you to be apart of that!
WHEN CAN I BUY TICKETS?
Tickets will be available in advance of each event. We will make sure to provide plenty of notice so you can plan ahead and secure your spot. We recommend following our instagram so you are updated when they do go on sale. Alternatively, you can fill out this form to be notified.
ARE THERE DRINK OPTIONS FOR MUMS WHO DON’T DRINK ALCOHOL?
Yes absolutely! We will be catering for everyone and will offer a selection of non-alcoholic drink options.

We completely understand that coming to something new on your own can feel a little daunting, our events are designed with that in mind!
You will be surrounded by a supportive community that’s eager to connect and we will be there to help make those first steps easy and comfortable.
WHAT KIND OF EVENTS SHOULD I EXPECT?
We will be hosting a variety of creative events, wellness sessions and mums and bubs events.
WHAT MAKES THE MUM SOCIETY DIFFERENT FROM OTHER EVENTS?
We founded The Mum Society to create events that are unique and foster connections and empowerment. While most mum events focus on parenting, The Mum Society prioritises you as a mum through wellness sessions, mindfulness practices and creative activities. We go beyond surface level topics and encourage real, authentic conversations that foster connections and lasting friendships.
WHATS THE MUM SOCIETY’S VISION?
The vision of The Mum Society is to host regular events (every 8-12 weeks) where mums can connect, celebrate motherhood and try new things. It’s all about building meaningful friendships, supporting mums and having fun while stepping out of your comfort zone.
Do you offer refunds?
Merchandise: Unless stated otherwise, all of our merchandise is made to order and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Event Tickets: All ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded
What happens if i received a damaged or faulty item?
The Mum Society offers refunds or exchanges for damaged/faulty items. All items are quality controlled and thoroughly checked before they are sent out.
If you have received a damaged/faulty item, please email us at themumsociety@outlook.com.au with your full name, order number and a photo of the damaged/faulty item. This must be brought to our attention within 5 days of receiving the item.
Can i get a credit towards future events if i can no longer attend?
If you are unable to attend an event, we can offer a credit towards a future event, provided that we receive at least 7 days notice prior to the event date. This credit can be applied to any of our upcoming events.
Can i gift my ticket to someone else?
If you are unable to attend and wish to give your ticket to someone else, please let us know their name and email by contacting us at themumsociety@outlook.com.au.
